Free Same-Day Prescription Delivery in Chilliwack — How It Works at Pill4Me

Getting to the pharmacy sounds simple. Until it isn't.
You're recovering from surgery and can't drive. Your immunocompromised parent shouldn't be in public spaces. You work 9 to 5 and the pharmacy closes at 6. Your toddler is sick and you're not about to drag them to a waiting room to pick up a prescription. You live in Vedder or Yarrow and the drive to Promontory isn't a quick errand.
These aren't edge cases. For a significant portion of Chilliwack families, getting to a pharmacy reliably — especially when they most need medications — is a genuine barrier.
Pill4Me's free same-day prescription delivery service exists specifically to remove that barrier. This post covers exactly how it works, what areas we deliver to, who it's built for, and how to request your first delivery.
The Basics: What the Service Actually Is
Pill4Me delivers prescription medications and refills directly to your home, free of charge, throughout Chilliwack and surrounding areas. There is no delivery fee. There is no minimum order value. There is no monthly membership or subscription required. Every delivery — whether it's one medication or ten — costs you nothing beyond your normal prescription cost.
Same-day delivery is available for refill requests placed before 2 PM Monday to Friday. Place your request in the morning, receive your medications the same afternoon.
Next-day delivery applies to requests placed after 2 PM. Your order is fulfilled the following business day.
All deliveries are fully tracked from our pharmacy to your door. You receive a notification when your order is dispatched and when it's delivered. Contactless delivery is available for patients who prefer it.
Where We Deliver
Pill4Me delivers throughout Chilliwack and the surrounding Fraser Valley communities, including:
If you're unsure whether we deliver to your specific address, call us at 604-705-3644 and we'll confirm immediately. We don't want anyone to assume they're outside our zone and miss out.
How to Request a Delivery — Three Ways
Option 1 — Through the patient portal (recommended)
The fastest and most convenient method. Log in or create an account at pill4.me/portal, select the medications you need refilled, and request delivery. You can track your order in real time from the portal and receive notifications at each stage.
New patients can create an account during the refill request process — you don't need to have been a Pill4Me patient previously to use the portal.
Option 2 — Call us
Call 604-705-3644 and ask for a delivery refill. Give us your name, medications, and delivery address. We handle everything from there.
Option 3 — Transfer and deliver
If you're currently at another pharmacy in Chilliwack, you can transfer your prescription to Pill4Me and have your first fill delivered in the same step. Go to pill4.me/transfer, enter your details, and note that you'd like delivery. We contact your current pharmacy, process the transfer, and deliver to your door — often same day.
Five Situations Where This Service Changes Everything
These are composite scenarios based on the types of patients our pharmacist team works with regularly. Names and details are fictional, but the situations are real.
---
Rita, 71 — Promontory
Rita doesn't drive. She relies on her daughter for pharmacy trips, but her daughter works full time in Abbotsford. For years, Rita timed her prescription refills around her daughter's schedule — which sometimes meant running low on medications before she could get to the pharmacy.
After switching to Pill4Me and setting up monthly delivery, Rita hasn't run out of a medication in over a year. Her pharmacist calls her proactively before each refill cycle. Her daughter no longer needs to factor pharmacy trips into her schedule. A small logistical problem that had real health consequences — solved.
---
James, 44 — Sardis
James works rotating shifts at a facility in Chilliwack. His shifts change weekly and rarely align with pharmacy hours. He was picking up medications during his lunch breaks when he could, and occasionally going several days without a refill because the timing never worked out.
Free same-day delivery meant James could request refills from his phone before his shift started and come home to his medications on his doorstep. He now manages five medications for a chronic condition without a single gap in the past eight months.
---
Karen, 38 — Vedder
Karen has three children under seven. Taking one sick child to a pharmacy waiting room is manageable. Taking three — including one with an active infection — is a different story. After her youngest was prescribed an antibiotic, Karen called Pill4Me at 10 AM. The prescription was delivered to her door by 2 PM. She didn't leave the house.
---
George and Eleanor, 79 and 76 — Garrison Crossing
George and Eleanor both take multiple medications. George has limited mobility following a hip replacement. Eleanor manages their household but found the monthly pharmacy coordination increasingly exhausting — different refill dates, different bottles, multiple trips.
They switched to Pill4Me and set up blister packs with monthly delivery. Now one delivery arrives at their door with all their medications for the month, sorted by day and time. Their son in Vancouver knows the delivery is handled and can focus on other parts of supporting his parents.
---
Priya, 52 — Downtown Chilliwack
Priya was recently diagnosed with an autoimmune condition and is immunocompromised. Her specialist recommended minimizing unnecessary public exposure. Pharmacy waiting rooms — with their circulating air and transient population — were exactly the kind of environment her doctor wanted her to avoid.
Free home delivery meant Priya could manage her medications entirely from home during the period her immune system was most vulnerable. She's never had to choose between her health and getting her prescriptions.

Delivery for New Prescriptions vs. Refills
Refills are straightforward — request through the portal, by phone, or by text, and we deliver.
New prescriptions from your doctor can also be delivered. The most efficient path:
1. Your doctor sends the prescription electronically to Pill4Me (ask them to fax or e-prescribe to us at 604-705-3694)
2. We process it and call you to confirm
3. We deliver same day if received before 1 PM
Alternatively, you can drop off a paper prescription at our location at 5625 Promontory Rd Unit 101, or have someone drop it off on your behalf, and we'll arrange delivery from there.
Blister Packs and Delivery Together
If you're on multiple medications, blister packs and monthly delivery work together as a complete system. Your pharmacist prepares your monthly blister pack — all medications sorted by day and time — and it arrives at your door in one delivery. No trips to the pharmacy. No managing multiple bottles. No counting pills.
If this combination sounds relevant to your situation, see our blister pack service page or call us to discuss setup. Most patients have their first pack delivered within three to five business days of signing up.
What Delivery Does Not Cover
To be direct with you: there are a small number of situations where delivery has limitations.
Controlled substances (such as opioids) have additional regulatory requirements under BC pharmacy law and may require in-person pickup or specific processes. Ask your pharmacist about the requirements for your specific medication.
Urgent same-day needs after 2 PM will be delivered the following business day. If you need a medication urgently after our delivery cutoff, call us and we'll discuss options — including whether a family member can pick up.
First-time prescriptions requiring pharmacist counselling for high-risk medications may require a brief phone consultation before we dispatch. This is for your safety — we want to make sure you understand how to take a new medication before it arrives at your door.
A Note on Privacy and Packaging
All deliveries arrive in plain, sealed packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents as medication. Your health information is handled under PIPEDA and BC privacy regulations. We do not share delivery information with anyone other than you.
Contactless delivery is standard — your medications are left in a secure location at your door and you receive a delivery confirmation. If you have specific delivery instructions (leave with a neighbour, ring the bell, leave at the side entrance), note them when placing your order or call ahead.
