Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using pill4.me and associated services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Services.

2. Services

Pill4Me provides pharmacy services including prescription transfers, refill processing, medication delivery, and a patient portal — subject to applicable BC and Canadian law. All clinical decisions are made by licensed pharmacists registered with the College of Pharmacists of British Columbia. Our Services do not constitute medical advice.

3. Patient Portal Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must immediately notify us at hello@pill4.me of any unauthorized use of your account. Pill4Me is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Prescription Services

Prescription transfers and refills are subject to applicable health regulations. Pill4Me reserves the right to decline a prescription transfer or refill request if it cannot be processed safely or legally. Prescription medications are dispensed only to the patient of record.

5. Delivery

Free same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days within Chilliwack, BC. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. Pill4Me is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances outside our control. A signature or confirmation may be required for controlled substances.

6. Payments

Payments are processed by Clover (Fiserv). By providing payment information, you authorize Pill4Me to charge the applicable amount. All amounts are in Canadian dollars. Refunds are subject to our return policy — contact us at hello@pill4.me.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pill4Me is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
