The Problem We Kept Seeing

Chilliwack has no shortage of pharmacies. There's a Shoppers Drug Mart, a Save-On Foods pharmacy, a ProHealth location. They're all competent. They're all licensed. And for a lot of patients, they work fine.

A 60-second prescription transfer process. You fill out a form online, or call us, and we handle everything with your current pharmacy. You don't chase anyone. You don't wait on hold. You don't follow up.

Blister packs as a core service, not an afterthought. If you or someone you care for takes multiple medications daily, a custom blister pack from your pharmacist is one of the highest-impact things we can offer. It's what we do — not a side service squeezed in when time allows.

A patient portal where you can actually see your medications, request refills, and message your pharmacist. Because managing your health shouldn't require a phone call every time.

Real pharmacist time. When you come in or call, you talk to someone who knows your file. Not whoever happens to be working.

We're Not Perfect — But We're Local and We're Accountable

Pill4Me is a small team. We're registered with the College of Pharmacists of BC and held to the same standards as every other licensed pharmacy in the province. What's different is that when something goes wrong — and in any healthcare setting, things occasionally go wrong — you can walk in and talk to the people responsible. There's no regional manager to escalate to. There's no corporate complaint form. There's us.

That's a vulnerability and a strength at the same time. We think it's worth it.

The Rebrand: From Pharmacy24 to Pill4Me

Long-time Promontory residents will remember this location as Pharmacy 24 No. 2. We rebranded to Pill4Me because the name reflected something real: medication management that fits into your life, not the other way around.

The rebrand wasn't cosmetic. It came with a rebuilt website, a new patient portal, restructured services, and a deliberate decision to compete on patient experience rather than price-match the chains.
